KCOE Provides Three Primary Solutions
The KCOE System of Operational Excellence
- The KCOE System of Operational Excellence is our proven model that drives organizations to achieve world-class performance. The KCOE System follows a path of Engaging People (culture change), Engaging Process (implementing lean tools), and Engaging Improvement (daily living of Operational Excellence values and beliefs).
The KCOE System was conceived by
former Toyota Executive, Roger B. Lewis and developed fully upon by KCOE. The KCOE System of Operational Excellence has been implemented globally. There are several ways to learn about the KCOE System and start your Operational Excellence Journey. Below are learning seminars (ways to get started) which are followed by implementation.
I. Executive Training: Introduction to the KCOE System:
This multi-day workshop is for an organization who has limited understanding of the KCOE System, wants to learn more about Operational Excellence and Culture Change for Lean Implementation. If you're new to the system or are thinking about implementing - this no-commitment training and master plan development is right for you. The workshop is typically 3 full days or 6 half days.

If you understand the KCOE System of OE, have top level leadership commitment, and know the time is right to implement a systematic approach to continuous improvement, this option is for you. KCOE will quickly align your top level team (~3-6 months), and work with you to create an aggressive master plan for implementation over the next 6-9 months.

The KCOE Institute is a partnership between organizations and individual members led by KCOE to learn, expand, and share the ideas, the beliefs, and the tools of the Operational Excellence system. Academic Programming at Saint Vincent College
-The Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA offers one of only three graduate programs in Operational Excellence in the United States as well as the only undergraduate program. KCOE maintains a special partnership with the Academic Programs and affords students the opportunity to learn through hands-on training and witness the incredible results of successful OE implementation.
