KCOE was officially organized in 2003 and received a $500,000 seed grant from Kennametal Inc.. It was during this time that KCOE and Saint Vincent College began to launch the Operational Excellence academic program at the college. In 2008 The Kennametal Foundation awarded KCOE an additional $300,000 to support its unique mission and vision.
Why?
Individually the Coaches of KCOE each have their own reasons why they have devoted themselves and their careers to the ideas and values of Operational Excellence.
